This is a note I wrote to my Mom when I was a young child. After my Mom died, we found it in her safe
deposit box.
There is a commercial on television in celebration of Mother's Day encouraging us to tell our moms something kind. Mom after mom tells what she really wants:
Tell me that I’ve been a good mom,
Tell me that I taught you something,
Tell me that I’m ready,
Tell me that you look up to me,
Tell me that you like spending time with me….”

I’m so glad that I wrote my mom a note and that it touched her
heart enough to save it and pass it on in a way that gives the love back to me.
