Sea play in the dying process

A little about the dying process. Terry is in hospice.

Our family is here. So we went out in boats, and from there, some lifted Terry into the sea. Then we all jumped in and remembered we were the sea as gentle waves (a metaphor of experiences, thoughts, feelings, and sensations) passed through our bodies. Bobbing, then floating with our ears beneath the water, waves passing through us.

Two manatees, a pod of porpoises, and two Cormorants joined us.

In my heart, Palderbum's cloud song became sea play.

Later, the children tubed, going back and forth in the boat's wake.
